We "X" Company Import the Copper
Scrap 99% From China 25mt In 20ft Container from our Exporter "Xuzhou Sino Chemical Co. Ltd.” from Starting
we got the information about Exporter from B2B Website and had a good
communication and after number of emails and negotiation on the same matter
finally we agree to do business with same company.
1, They Send me the Invitation
latter for business with Chinese Company from China to Our Mail ID and From
Importer Side i took the permission from our management and taken the Business
Visa from Embassy of RPC for a 30days and gone to china from New Delhi
International Terminal 3.
2, I land to China Beijing The
capital of China and my Company Located in Xuzhou City so i took the Ticket for
Xuzhou from Airport High Speed Bullet Train Counter and Reached to Xuzhou for a
next day and i had complete booking of hotel from India including 1 days stay
in Beijing so i gone direct to the Hotel City TelIn from the Airport through
local taxi.
3, Next day morning without
calling to the client i gone to their Place and i got Socked there is no office
on the place what address mention on the company latter head and all documents,
after some enquires i done in same building over their through nearby office
people then i come to know they recently shift their office to Shijiazhuang.
4, Then i called the Exporter and
ask the company details they side to us we
transfer our company from that place
to hear Xuzhou is only admin,
works going on we do shipments and cargo works and exports etc. so Shijiazhuang
is near to the Xining port and easy to travel so we shift our company over here
and in this process we forget to inform you we shift our office here, So please
come here and once you reach here we will pickup you from the Railway station
and they guide me how to come from Xuzhou to Shijiazhuang city Railway station
using Fast Bullet train.
5, I reached to the Shijiazhuang
Railway Station and i got the client call I am ADA Speaking i am waiting for
you outside so i gone outside and meet her and they shown me the hotel Soluxe
and ask me to stay in this hotel and i stay same hotel.
6, 1 day - 2 day like that day is
keep passing and they shown me number of places and material about copper scrap
but i am not impress with any one then they ask me what i wont then i said i need
Melberry Copper Scrap and they took some time and take me on Huge Place believe
me there as per my knowledge min. more then 50,000 MT Copper and more then
10,000MT Zink i seen that was Ready for lording condition and many workers
doing the job of copper quality check and separation process according to the
material and instruction of supervisor. and same place i seen the Exclusive
Mulberry Copper Scrap Material and i feel to happy and that place was Xuzhou
Sino Chemical Copper - Zink Scrap
Warehouse.
7, Then we Start Part payment and
sign PO with agried tums & Condition from both side and Transfer the Fund
20% Amount through TT to their bank and once they received the 1st part payment
they lord the Material in Line Container of CMA CGM and Lord Every thing And
Pre Survey also done same time by SGS and collected the Sample by SGS and put
the Line Seal in-front of me and inform me on port they will put Custom Seal
also from Exporter end.
8, We follow the Container and
finally it's reach on port and meet their Forwarder also and hand over the
Container to him and Forwarder inform me do not worry they will do need full
process ASAP and make sure i will get the cargo ASAP and pay other 2nd payment
of 10% of PI to the Exporter through TT to their bank Account.
9, After Conforming everything with Exporter i left the place and ready to come to INDIA
and taken my Ticket and finally left the Hotel and go to the Railway station
and taken ticket from Shijiazhuang to Beijing and i reach to the Beijing
station through high speed bullet train and stayed 1 day in Hotel City Tell In at
Beijing, and Next day evening i am ready for Coming back to India from Beijing
and finally I had taken Taxi from hotel and gone to the Beijing International
Airport Terminal and Take Flight for India New Delhi.
10, After Came to India I got
their emails regularly and have good contact and communication on the same matter
and us per our PI Terms condition. I Done
70% TT brake by brake and Successfully received the documents from the Exporter
and parallel time I keep track the cargo
though BL on Line website also, On that
tacking record base I came to know before DIWALI was cargo date of Dispatch to
the port, but suddenly it’s got increased for an another 15days more and become
15 Nov. was cargo dispatch date. And tell that time Cargo keep laying down on
Port of Seoul Korea and when I did last installment of payment then I feel
movement in cargo shipment and Cargo reached India on 15th Nov. but
due to the late receiving documents from Exporter we Start the Process of cargo though our CHA
and got open on 1st Check basis with presence of Custom, CHA &
CFS people, On same time we found it’s come to us as it is with line seal there
is no any China Custom seal or any other Seal so we cut the Line CMA CGM seal
and open the door so we found. It’s fully Load with Cement Slabs/Blocks and top
of that they put the Coffee paper so Custom put their seal and taken their
custody and start the action with support of Asst. Commissioner and Sr. AC with
Other Supportive Custom authority people and taken the statements and seal the
container with Custom seal and put it in do not disturb mode and done further
investigation for the same after that custom re-call for the joint survey
investigation with Line, Insurance, 3rd party, CFS presence of all
they open container again and discharge the container and seen every thing very
properly then they come to know their was only Cement Slabs only with total
fright of 22.3MT
At present Custom detain the Line
Container and doing Foreign Investigation with help of DGFT and Government of
china Department of Foreign Trade and Police also involve in this matter and
Indian Custom have full support of China Government and Custom and other
department so it’s very fast track running cash and parallely Indian Custom
also preparing their final Report on this and many Evidence they already given
to the china supportive departments related to this cash & they insure us
they 100% make them backlist and take legal action against the Exporter from
China in this cash
